Vogue x Samsung NYFW

For New York Fashion Week 2024, FutureDeluxe were tasked with creating a stand-out fashion event that would showcase the creative relationship between Samsung’s AI technology, Vogue, and fashion designer Colin LoCascio. The goal was to highlight the latest features of Samsung's GenAI, celebrate fashion as an expression of individuality and to use technology to bridge the physical and digital worlds.

We designed an interactive installation where visitors could tap into Colin LoCascio’s playful aesthetic through a set of custom digital brush tools. Using large LED screens as the canvas and motion tracked hand gestures as the brush movements, over 1,500 guests across the weekend created their own unique compositions.

These one-of-a-kind artworks became selfie backdrops for visitors to try out Samsung's latest AI companion, enhancing the designs in real-time, whilst reflecting each visitor's individual style and showcasing LoCascio’s vibrant design language.

As the lead producer, I oversaw the entire production phase, including art direction, sound design, development, QA, and the installation in New York, all within a tight timeline. I worked closely with local hardware and production partners to ensure everything ran smoothly and that we delivered a seamless, engaging experience for all guests.
