One Star Hotel Launch
Client: Converse
Production Company: B-Reel
As Converse prepared to relaunch their iconic One Star shoe, they partnered with B-Reel to create an attention-grabbing campaign to launch their One Star Hotel pop-up experience - a playful, faux hotel in the heart of Shoreditch. The campaign featured an event line-up film, an outdoor campaign, and a variety of creative assets to promote the event and generate buzz.
As the lead producer, I was responsible for overseeing the shoot and video production, collaborating closely with the art department to bring the hotel concept to life visually. The shoot involved capturing content for the event line-up film, which showcased the exciting collaborations happening inside the One Star Hotel.
In addition to the video, I managed the production and delivery of the outdoor campaign, which featured a series of one-star customer reviews that teased the event: ‘Loud Music. All. Night. Long.’, ‘The staff had attitude’ and ‘The room was a shoebox’. These were fly-posted across East London, with a street-style aesthetic that perfectly matched the campaign and Converse brand.
Working across the multidisciplinary teams I ensured that all assets aligned with the creative vision and successfully promoted the One Star relaunch.
